Book & Bookazine Publishing Arm of Time Inc. Renamed Time Inc. Books

New York, April 29, 2015 – Time Inc. has renamed its book and bookazine publishing division Time Inc. Books. Formerly Time Home Entertainment, Inc., Time Inc. Books’s new logo will officially debut at this year’s BookExpo America at the end of May and will appear on titles later this year on a list that includes books from Emeril Lagasse, Modern Family, Animal Planet, Joanne Weir and more.

 

Time Inc. Books will continue to publish books under Time Inc.’s industry-leading brands, including Cooking Light, Entertainment Weekly, Essence, StyleWatch, Real Simple, Southern Living, Sports Illustrated, Sports Illustrated Kids, Time and Time for Kids, as well as with third-party partners like 21st Century Fox, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, MAD magazine, the Mayo Clinic, AARP and the Discovery Channel, among others.

 

The Oxmoor House imprint, based in Birmingham, Alabama, which encompasses cookbooks and lifestyle titles, will remain an imprint of Time Inc. Books. The Time Home Entertainment imprint will be renamed Liberty Street in honor of Time Inc.’s new corporate office location in downtown Manhattan.
