The debut event will take place the weekend of May 1-3, 2015 at Canyon Ranch Resort in Lenox, Massachusetts.

 

The Health Total Wellness Weekend at Canyon Ranch will feature exclusive workouts including a class hosted by Pure Barre, inspiring speakers, nutritious meals, and luxurious spa treatments. Confirmed speakers to date, who will lead lively discussions and workshops on exercise, health, and nutrition include Tracy Anderson, fitness pro, creator of the Tracy Anderson Method, and Health contributing fitness editor; Kristin McGee, leading yoga and Pilates instructor and Health contributing yoga and wellness editor; Dr. Roshini Rajapaksa, gastroenterologist and Health contributing medical editor; Dr. Gail Saltz, psychiatrist and Health contributing psychology editor; and Cynthia Sass, RD, nutritionist and Health contributing nutrition editor. These special sessions will be added to the already robust health and wellness programming available at Canyon Ranch.
